I found this storage facility to be immaculate. The staff is very professional and friendly. Jane, who is the manager her pleasant personality made the stressful event seem effortless. The owner takes very good care of the facility, the storage units are extremely clean and spacious, there prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this storage facility to all.

I have used Abacus twice in the last 5 years. Terrific service, good rates, exceptionally clean. If I need to use a self storage facility again in the future these are the people I would go to.

I,ve been with you for a decade now and am glad to say how pleased I am with the high calibre of your personnel. Specifically, Jane`s ever friendly, courteous, helpful nature make my visits a joy. She takes genuine interest in us and I send my appreciation. Also, David goes out of his way to assist me. I,ve a bit of a mobility problem and David never hesitates to come to my rescue. I like to choose days when he`s there.

We have been with Abacus for a few years and we have never had a problem. The place is always clean, tidy and well kept, they are very nice to deal with and have great customer service. They look out for the customer and we like that. We highly recommend Abacus to anyone looking for storage, and we have always recommended them to our friends and family.

Great customer service at the Richmond Hill location! We`ve had a storage locker here for just over a year, and the facility is always clean and well-lit. Extremely well-maintained and the staff are super-friendly! :) They even went so far as to help us find an alternate supplier of packing peanuts when we came in to see if they would sell us a large volume of them. There is a storage facility closer to my home, but I prefer Abacus!

Hi guys, I just recently rented a 10x10 storage unit from you guys and decided to write a review. When I first walked into the office, I was impressed how organized it looked, it was not like the other storage companies I previously visited. It was cleaned, smelled nice and most importantly I was greeted with a big smile. Next, the clear explanation of the security measure you had in place made me feel really good about you guys. Initially, I was not sure what size or location of a unit I needed, you offered professional advice by looking at size of my truck outside, I was still not convinced, then you took the time to show me all the possible unit sizes and as we walked I noticed how clean the facility really is. Wow, for a storage unit, every door was shinny, freshly oiled up and no garbage anywhere in site, I felt really good to leave my personal priceless belonging with you. One other thing I wanted to add is that I love how your facility is climate controlled which really allowed me to leave my TV there. Thanks again for your kindness and patience.
