We have been with Abacus for a few years and we have never had a problem. The place is always clean, tidy and well kept, they are very nice to deal with and have great customer service. They look out for the customer and we like that. We highly recommend Abacus to anyone looking for storage, and we have always recommended them to our friends and family.

Their facility is great! Clean and secure. Given the nature of our business, a clean and secure facility is a must. Additionally, their staff is always polite and professional. We have tried other facilities in York Region and would only recommend Abacus.
Very satisfied with services, times open and willingness to accomodate us as needed.

I can't believe how we cleared the large area, transferred to a smaller one and got it all into a car which allows you to gather the outgoing staff so conveniently. Clean facilities and helpful, friendly staff!!!
The only change I would suggest would be to have the lights stay on longer (I know they are on a timer, but its a hassel to run and turn them back on when you are trying to keep a tower of boxes from falling on you!!!)
FANTASTIC SERVICE!! Staff always accommodating and professional. When need to downsize storage unit, for example, helped to figure out best and most economical scenario for customer.
The environment is perfect - always immaculately clean and well maintained. Excellent security system.
Also, website is very helpful.
