The people in our testimonials are amongst the thousands of people that Abacus has had the privilege of serving since 1999. Some of these customers have taken the time to give us feedback, both personally and in written reviews, on their experience at Abacus, and for that we are most grateful.
The very large majority of these people have been very happy with their self storage experience at Abacus, many of whom have been Abacus unit occupants for over 10 years. Further, many have returned on several occasions when they needed self storage, and many have referred Abacus to others who have also become happy Abacus customers. These results are most gratifying to us.
However, and to be clear, there have been a few occasions when someone has been unhappy with something or other. Whenever this has occurred, we have made every effort to remedy whatever it was that caused a difficulty. Just as importantly (if not more so), we have treated that experience as an opportunity to learn from and improve what we do. This approach has led, on at least one occasion, for a formerly unhappy customer to appreciate our effort in this respect, and at a later time to return not only once but twice to again occupy a self storage unit at Abacus. That is our best review and testimonial!

This week my husband I rented a heated indoor storage unit and we were impressed with the high customer service standards. This team wants it to be a good experience and have you smiling. Our 1st phone contact w/Leesa was professional & friendly. Within an hour we had toured, identified a suitable unit & signed up. Later in the day we started to move our items. The next am I realized that I may have left my scarf on their premises. I called & Jane gladly said she would check their 'lost & found' area. It was not there. Jane then offered to report it to their maintenance team. The next day Leesa called to inform me that my scarf had been located & I could pick it up in the office! CCTV revealed where I dropped it & how it was recovered. Who does that? This team exceeded my expectations & really cares for their customers!!

We just got a locker and Jane macdonald was a great help and made everything very easy I would tell people to go there if they are looking to get a locker steven and charlene
This place is the best storage place in town they went above and beyond workers are very professional and friendly the boss genuinely cares about his clients and take good care of them I recommend this place to everyone

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and well maintained facilities, well lit, easy to get in and out of with access code and gate. Nice size storage units. Reasonably priced.

We appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns about your experience with Abacus Self Storage. We would like to provide some clarification and address the issues you have raised. When you signed the unit occupancy agreement on March 21, 2023, our staff was informed that you work as a landscaper. As a result, we specifically requested that you refrain from leaving any landscaping debris in the Abacus corridors. Our commitment is to provide a clean and tidy property for all our unit occupants. Regrettably, after your move-in, we noticed that on several occasions you took lawn care equipment out of your unit and subsequently left grass cuttings and other debris in the corridors. Despite our initial request made at the time of agreement, this behavior persisted, resulting in an unsatisfactory condition of the corridors. We made multiple appeals for you to exercise greater care and cease causing the lawn care litter problem. Maintaining a clean and tidy environment is one of our key operating objectives. We want to emphasize that asking a customer to leave is not a standard procedure for us, and it is not something we take lightly. However, the combination of your lack of care and aggressive demeanor left us with no alternative. We apologize that we were unable to meet your expectations in this situation. We value your feedback and will consider it as we strive to improve our services and ensure a positive experience for all our customers. If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact our customer service team directly.
The staff here is very kind and helpful. They showed me around and even pushed the due date a little further at no cost. Also the locker unit is right near the door.
Really nice place, people are friendly and the storage has a good price.
