These are atributes that are very important in light of the items left in the protection of a company that rarely has the opportunity to interact with the customer. But what is exceptional about this storage company is their customer service when the opportunities do arise to meet or speak with them.

  I have been a client for over 10 years now, for different kind of storage services. Excellent facilities: very clean, well maintained and secured, with the right access and hours. Jane is great, as are the other people I interacted less with.

From the staff's friendliness & never-ending desire to please or assist, to the upkeep & cleanliness of the facility itself, to Abacus' Mascot & Welcoming Committee "Bear", Abacus has become a business that I can recommend to people without having to worry that they'll be let down or burdened by regularly scheduled price hikes like all the other storage facilities seem to do...which I unfortunately learned after I had moved in!
