Is the unit for all of the items in a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom home, or for a 1 or 2 bedroom condo? Is everything in boxes, and how many boxes will there be? Are there large furniture items, and how many? Or, is this for an office that needs storage for dead files? Will I want to have access to things while they are in storage and do I need some “circulation space” in the unit? Asking yourself these questions will help you decide on a unit size?
